Bourne Out LGBTQ+ was founded in 2017 as a charitable organisation for the LBTQ+ community of Eastbourne and East Sussex.
This was also the year we organised the first Pride event for Eastbourne. With very little funding and run solely by volunteers, this event was a huge successful and we won an award for best event.
Since 2017 we have been organising the Pride event each year, apart from, of course 2020 when Covid put a stop to all fun.
Eastbourne Pride 2023
This year the main Pride event is being run by CR Group who run the Worthing Pride event. But, Bourne Out will still be supporting by running the Parade on their behalf.
